- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Frozen hash brown potatoes;
- - thawed
- 2 tb Barbecue sauce
- 4 Buns; split, butter, toast
- 4 sl Swiss cheese
- 4 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
- 2 Green onions; sliced
Directions
Add thawed hash brown potatoes and barbecue sauce to ground beef. Mix well.
Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil to desired doneness. Place each cooked
burger on bun; top with cheese slice, crumbled bacon and sliced green
onion.
