Kay's Dressing and Poppy Seed Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • -------------------------------KAY'S DRESSING-------------------------------
  • 1/2 c Water
  • 1/2 c White vinegar;
  • 1/2 ts Salt;
  • 1/2 ts Dry mustard;
  • 1/8 ts Ground pepper; fresh
  • 1/16 ts Paprika
  • Sugar substitute equivalent
  • To 4 teaspoons sugar

 Directions

POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/2 c Cider vinegar;
1 tb Poppy seed;
Omit paprika

Combine all ingredients in a pint jar and cover tightly. Shake
vigorously and store in refrigerator. Shake before using.

Variation Poppy Seed Dressing. Follow recipe for Kay's
dressing(above), but use cider vinegar in place of white vinegar,
omit paprika, poppy seeds. Delicious over fruit salad.
