Kentucky Scallops

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Scallops
  • 1/2 ts Oregano
  • 1/2 ts Thyme
  • 1/2 ts Basil
  • 1/2 ts Garlic powder
  • 1/2 ts Onion powder
  • 1/2 ts Paprika
  • 1/2 ts Pepper
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 2 c Flour
  • 4 c Oil
  • 1 1/2 c Milk

 Directions

Wash & dry scallops. Blend seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip
scallops in milk then into flour. Deep fry in oil 2-3 minutes or until
golden brown.
