Ingredients List
- 2 lb Scallops
- 1/2 ts Oregano
- 1/2 ts Thyme
- 1/2 ts Basil
- 1/2 ts Garlic powder
- 1/2 ts Onion powder
- 1/2 ts Paprika
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 c Flour
- 4 c Oil
- 1 1/2 c Milk
Directions
Wash & dry scallops. Blend seasonings into flour. Heat oil to 375. Dip
scallops in milk then into flour. Deep fry in oil 2-3 minutes or until
golden brown.
