  • 1/4 oz Creme de cassis
  • 5 oz White wine

 Directions

A kir is roughly 1/4 oz. creme de cassis and 5 oz. white wine. A kirroyale
is the same thing, but with champagne substituted for the wine. Chambord
makes a nice variation.
