 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soy sauce; light
  • 1/2 c Rice vinegar
  • 1 ts Sesame seeds; toasted
  • 1 tb Scallions; minced
  • 4 c Kohlrabi slices; cut into
  • -chunks


Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds and scallions.

Serve in a bowl surrounded by Kohlrabi chunks. Provide picks for eating.
