Kohl's Corn Casserole

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 c Milk
  • 16 Saltine crackers
  • 1 lb Can cream style corn
  • 4 Slices Velveta cheese,cubed
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 sm Onion, diced
  • 3 tb Butter, melted
  • Salt & pepper

 Directions

Mix together everything except the crackers. Pun into a baking dish.
Crumble the crackers over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
