Lamb Chops Provencale

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Thyme
  • 1/4 ts Marjoram
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 6 Loin lamb chops
  • 1/4 c Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 c Bread crumbs
  • 2 tb Olive oil
  • 2 tb Butter


Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with
flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil & butter. Fry chops,
5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
