Lamb Chops Provencale
Ingredients List
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1/4 ts Marjoram
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 6 Loin lamb chops
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 c Flour
- 1 c Bread crumbs
- 2 tb Olive oil
- 2 tb Butter
Directions
Mix seasonings. Rub into meat. Blend milk with egg. Dust chops with
flour. Dip into egg. Dredge in crumbs. Heat oil & butter. Fry chops,
5 minutes on each side. Serve very hot.
