Lazy Sunday Pizza

 Ingredients List

  • Trader Joe's Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
  • Trader Joe's Pizza Sauce (as much as desired)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup shredded asagio
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • Sprinkle of sun-dried tomatoes (un-oiled bag to reduce moisture)

 Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees fahrenheit.

Allow dough to come to room temperature, then work into desired crust shape on a floured work surface.

Spread sauce over, leaving about 1/4" of un-sauced edge to form a crust.

Mix and spread cheese over, then top evenly with veggies (may need to drain the veggies before topping if there is excess moisture).

Bake for about 8 minutes, or until crust is fully baked and cheese begins to turn golden.

Combined with homemade protein smoothies for breakfast (vanilla-pineapple or berry-chocolate), I'm good to go for food until Thursday. How deliciously efficient.
