Lemon-Garlic Rice
Ingredients List
- 1â„2 cup vegetable stock
- 1â„2 cup water
- 1â„2 cup long-grain rice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 sprig Italian parsley
- 1â„4 lemon
Directions
1. Bring stock and water to a boil in saucepan over high heat. Stir in rice and immediately reduce heat to low. Cover pan and simmer 20 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Add garlic, parsley and lemon zest. Fluff with a fork before serving.
