Lemon Ginger Chicken Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c Sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1/2 ts Lemon rind, grated
  • 1/2 ts Ginger
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 2 c Chicken, cooked, diced
  • 1 c Grapes, halved
  • 1 c Celery, cut fine
  • Toasted silvered almonds


Stir together first 6 ingredients. Add chicken, grapes and celery and toss
lightly to coat. Chill several hours before serving. Sprinkle with toasted
almonds just before serving.
