  • 1 (18.5-oz) yellow cake mix
  • 3 -(up to)
  • 4 lg Eggs
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 2/3 c Oil
  • 1 c Apricot nectar
  • 1 1/2 Lemons; juice of


In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sugar, oil, nectar and lemon juice.
Add eggs, one at a time. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased
bundt pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
