Lemony Asparagus

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus -- cooked
  • 2 tb Butter
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts White Pepper
  • 1/8 ts Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 lg Lemon -- juiced
  • 1/2 c Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 c Parmesan Cheese -- grated

 Directions

Place cooked asparagus in shallow greased casserole in single layer. Melt
butter; heat until golden brown. Blend in mayo, seasonings, and lemon
juice; pour over asparagus. Sprinkle with crumbs, then cheese. Bake in
preheated 375 oven 15 min. or til browned. Can be prepared in advance and
reheated. Yield: 4-6 servings.
