- 1 ts Sea salt (optional)
- 1 ts Sage
- 1 tb AM Unrefined Vegetable Oil
Directions
Drain the cooked lentils and grains. Mix all ingredients together. Spoon
into a loaf pan. Bake at 350 F. for 30 to 45 minutes. Spoon gravy or
catsup over top.
