Ingredients List
- 4 oz. spelled flour
- 1oz. of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 5 oz. of agave syrup
- 5 oz. of oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Vegan frosting
- Colored chocolate for garnishing
Directions
1. In a bowl mix the dry ingredients, and in another one mix the liquids until well integrated.
2. Mix the wet mixture with the dry one. The dough will be quite liquid but do not panic, is normal
3. Put the dough in the papers for cupcakes that we already have on the molds
4. Preheat the oven at 450º and bake the cupcakes 15-20 minutes. The time may vary depending on your oven.
5. A great way to know if it”™s done is sticking a fork on the cupcake. If the forks come out clean it means that our cupcake is ready.
6. It is preferable to not open the oven until at least 15 minutes is passed
7. Sprinkle the colored chocolate above the cupcake before it”™s cool
