 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Soft butter
  • 1 tb Grated lime rind
  • 2 tb Lime juice
  • 1 Minced garlic clove

 Directions

Combine ingredients. Place on wax paper and roll. Refrigerate until
firm. Once fish is cooked, slice butter and place a slice on each
fillet.
