Lime-Ginger Vinaigrette

 Ingredients List

  • 3 tb Juice from one lime
  • 1 1/2 ts Minced or grated ginger
  • 1 ts Dried coriander seeds,
  • Crushed
  • 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tb Vietnamese fish sauce
  • (nuoc mam)
  • 1 tb Chopped fresh basil
  • 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 c Canola oil
  • Salt and ground black pepper

 Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Whisk in
next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let
stand for 1 hour before serving.
