Ingredients List
- 3 tb Juice from one lime
- 1 1/2 ts Minced or grated ginger
- 1 ts Dried coriander seeds,
- Crushed
- 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tb Vietnamese fish sauce
- (nuoc mam)
- 1 tb Chopped fresh basil
- 1 tb Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/3 c Canola oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Whisk in
next 4 ingredients, then the oil. Season to taste with sale and pepper. Let
stand for 1 hour before serving.
