Lime-Shoyu Vinaigrette

 Ingredients List

  • 1/3 c Fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c Olive oil
  • 2 tb Soy sauce
  • 2 ts Dijon mustard

 Directions

1. Put all ingredients in a small jar and shake well. Use immediiately or
refrigerate for up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature and shake well
before using.

Makes 3/4 cup.
