Linguine with Gorgonzola Sauce

Ingredients List
- 3 tb Butter
- 1 c Whipping cream
- 1/2 lb Gorgonzola cheese; crumbled
- 1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated
- 1 lb Linguine; cooked and drained
- 1 tb Fresh parsley; chopped
Directions
Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add cream and heat gently. Add
Gorgonzola cheese; stir until smooth. Add parmesan and linguine. Toss
gently and thoroughly until well heated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve at
once.
NOTES : This is a nice alternative to Fettuccine Alfredo.
