Lisa's Kraut Rye Bread

 Ingredients List

  • 3 c White flour
  • 1 c Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
  • 1 tb Yeast
  • 4 tb Gluten Flour
  • 4 tb Sugar
  • 2 1/2 tb Dry milk
  • 2 tb Veg. oil
  • 1 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 c Sauerkraut;put in strainer
  • -pushing with back of spoon
  • -to drain; chop fine;loosely
  • -packed
  • 1 1/4 c Water; warmed

 Directions

Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions. Select
White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George
loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
