Lisas' Quick Southwest Hot Dip

Ingredients List
- 1 cn Refried beans; 16 oz can
- 1 pk Cream cheese; 8 oz. size
- 1 cn Your favorite chili; 16 oz
- -size
- 1 pk Shredded cheddar cheese; 8
- -oz size
- 1 pk Shredded Monterey jack
- -cheese, 8 oz. size
- 1 Bag your favorite tortilla
- -chips or fritos
Directions
Spread beans in bottom of 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle some cheddar and
jack cheese, about 4 oz.of each. Slice cream cheese thinly and lay out as a
layer over beans and cheeses. Pour over 1 can of your favorite chili, or
home made.Top with remaining cheeses. Microwave on High power 5 minutes or
til bubbly and heated through. Serve with chips.
Toss in some green chile peppers and chopped fresh tomatoes under the chili
layer if desired. (my kids are picky..LOL )
