Liz's Chili

 Ingredients List

  • 2 lb Hamburger
  • 4 Onions; diced
  • 2 Cloves garlic; minced
  • 1 30 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 lg Tomatoes; chopped
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 tb Salt
  • 1 ds Pepper
  • 3 Heaping tsp chili powder
  • 2 Heaping tsp cumin powder
  • 1 Lrg. can tomato juice


Brown hamburger with onions and garlic. Drain. Add beans and rest of
ingredients.Simmer several hours.
NOTES : Very good, and easy to make. I usually use more garlic, cumin, and
chili powder than called for.
