Liz's Low-Fat Banana Shake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Nonfat milk
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 pk Swiss Miss Diet Coca Mix


Take one cup nonfat milk, add a ripe (or overripe) banana (or one-half
banana) and one packet of Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa Mix. Blend in blender.
Drink slowly.
