Ingredients List
- 12 oz Seff-raising flour
- 8 oz Butter
- 6 oz Castor sugar
- 3 tb Beer
- 4 oz Mixed fruit
Directions
TEISENNAU FFAIR LLANDDAROG Rub the butter into: the flour and add the
sugar. IMix in the beer to form a soft dough. Roll out on a floured board
to a thickness of 1/2 inch. Cut into rounds and press the fruit into ths
surface. Cook in a moderate oven (376/F. or Mark 5) for 15 minutes.
