 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Plain yogurt
  • 1 cl Garlic; crushed
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Mint; chopped*
  • 1/4 ts Pepper
  • 1/2 Medium cucumber


Combine all ingredients and mix until blended. Pour over tossed greens.
*If using dried mint, decrease to 1/2 t.
