Loaded Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potato Recipe

Ingredients List
- 4 Medium Idaho Potatoes
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1 TBS Garlic Powder
- 1 TBS Butter
- ¼ Cup Sour Cream
- ½ Cup Monterrey Jack Shredded Cheese
- Dash Salt
- Dash Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Peel and dice the potatoes into little cubes.
3. Put potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender....you should be able to easily cut through them with a fork or spoon.
4. Drain the water from the potatoes.
5. Add in milk, garlic powder, butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper and mash all ingredients together. You can either use a potato masher or a mixer-- a mixer will give you a creamy consistency.
6. You can add more milk if you want the potatoes to be creamier....at this point add ingredients slowly to get the desired taste that you want.
7. Pour mashed potatoes into a baking dish.
8. Sprinkle cheese on top of potatoes and place in oven.
9. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted.
