Low-Fat Crab Casserole

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh)
  • 2 tb Capers
  • 1 Egg -- well beaten
  • 1 ts -Salt
  • 1/2 c Kraft Non-fat mayo
  • 2 tb Skim Evaporated milk
  • 1/4 ts White pepper
  • 1 ts Dried dillweed
  • 1 ts Tabasco
  • 2 tb Calorie-reduced margarine
  • 1/3 c Grated parmesan

 Directions

Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon
mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking
dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
