Ingredients List
- 1 lb Crabmeat (Fresh)
- 2 tb Capers
- 1 Egg -- well beaten
- 1 ts -Salt
- 1/2 c Kraft Non-fat mayo
- 2 tb Skim Evaporated milk
- 1/4 ts White pepper
- 1 ts Dried dillweed
- 1 ts Tabasco
- 2 tb Calorie-reduced margarine
- 1/3 c Grated parmesan
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese; stir gently until well mixed. Spoon
mixture into 6 well-sprayed (with Pam) ramekins or into a 1 quart baking
dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. for 25-30 minutes.
