Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie

 Ingredients List

  • 16 oz Canned pumpkin
  • 13 oz Evaporated milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 1/2 c Bisquick® baking mix
  • 2 tb Sugar
  • 8 pk Equal® sweetener; 16
  • -teaspoons
  • 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ts Vanilla

 Directions

Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease or spray 9" pie pan with PAM. Mix all
ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or beat 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan
and bake 50 minutes or until center is puffed up.
