Low-Fat Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients List
- 16 oz Canned pumpkin
- 13 oz Evaporated milk
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/2 c Bisquick® baking mix
- 2 tb Sugar
- 8 pk Equal® sweetener; 16
- -teaspoons
- 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
- 2 ts Vanilla
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease or spray 9" pie pan with PAM. Mix all
ingredients together. Blend 1 minute or beat 2 minutes. Pour into pie pan
and bake 50 minutes or until center is puffed up.
