  • 1 Onion -- chopped
  • 20 ml Garlic -- minced
  • 2 tb Parsley -- minced
  • 4 c Plum tomatoes -- crushed
  • 1/4 sm Green pepper -- chopped


Put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for about 45 minutes. Source:
