Lowfat Tahini Sauce

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Nonfat Yogurt
  • 2 tb Tahini
  • 1 ts Lemon Juice
  • 1 ds Ground Red Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic; minced

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir with a wire shisk until well
blended. Cover and chill. Makes 1 cup. Serving size 2 T.
