Macadamia Mahi-Mahi

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Mahi-mahi fillet (2 lb)
  • 1 ct (8 oz) Pina Colada yogurt
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 tb Butter
  • 1 c (3 1/2 oz) Macadamia nuts


Place mahi-mahi in bag. Add yogurt & mix thoroughly to coat.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Arrange mahi-mahi in baking
pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Remove to
serving platter; sprinkle with toasted nuts & serve.
