  • 1 c Monterey jack cheese; grated
  • 1/2 c Gruyere cheese; shredded
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grated
  • 2 oz Goat cheese; crumbled
  • 1 oz Prosciutto; chopped
  • 1/4 c Tarragon; chopped or
  • 1/4 c Basil; chopped
