Mackerel Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 12 oz Ready-to-eat smoked-Mackerel
  • -fillets, fresh or frozen,
  • -skinned and cubed.
  • 10 oz Small New Potatoes, Scrubbed
  • -quartered, cooked and
  • -cooled
  • 2 Celery Stalks, trimmed and
  • -thinly sliced
  • 1/4 pt Reduced-Calorie Thousand
  • -Island Dressing
  • Chopped Fresh Chives to
  • -Garnish


In a large bowl, combine smoked-mackerel fillets, cookeed potatoes, celery
and dressing. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped chives.
