 Ingredients List

  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 c Sour cream
  • 2 c Curry powder
  • 1 ts Onion (grated)
  • 2 tb Green pepper (grated)
  • 2 tb Celery (grated)
  • Seasonings

 Directions

Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended
in blender. Consistency is thin. Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve
with corn chips.
