Ingredients List
- 1 c Dried red kidney beans
- 2 md Yellow onions, chopped
- 1 tb Oil
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 ts Turmeric
- 3 Chili peppers, ground
- 2 c Coconut milk
Directions
In a large pot, cover the beans with water & simmer until they are tender.
Saute the onions in the oil until golden. Add, with the remaining
ingredients, to the pot & simmer for several minutes until the beans are
very tender & the tomatoes are cooked. Serve over rice or a stiff
porridge.
