Mango Chia Coconut Breakfast Parfait Recipe

Ingredients List
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 mangoes, cubed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- optional: 1 cup coconut yogurt
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except for 1/2 a cup of mango and the yogurt. Refrigerate for 4 hours to overnight. Divide the mixture between 3-4 glasses. Top with yogurt and mango slices.
