Mango Fruit Smoothie

 Ingredients List

  • 1 in large ripe banana , yellow in color - not brown or green
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cup mango chunks , fresh or frozen (I used frozen)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
