Ingredients List
- 1 c Mango; diced
- 1 c Cantaloupe; diced
- 1 Green chili; chopped
- 1/3 c Scallion; thinly sliced
- 1/4 c Cilantro; chopped
- 2 tb Fresh lime juice
- 1 pn Ground red pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve soon or refrigerate up to 3 days.
Serving Ideas : grilled fish, especially salmon, swordfish, or shrimp
kebobs.
