Mango Salsa (Low-Fat)

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Mango; diced
  • 1 c Cantaloupe; diced
  • 1 Green chili; chopped
  • 1/3 c Scallion; thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c Cilantro; chopped
  • 2 tb Fresh lime juice
  • 1 pn Ground red pepper

 Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve soon or refrigerate up to 3 days.
Serving Ideas : grilled fish, especially salmon, swordfish, or shrimp
kebobs.
