  • 2 Mangoes
  • 45 ml 3 tbsp apple or orange juice


Cut the mangoes in half and remove the stone with a sharp knife. Peel the
mangoes, then place the flesh in a blender with the fruit juice. Puree
until smooth. (Values per whole recipe).
