Manhattan Turkey a la King

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Noodles -- wide
  • 1 tb Vegetable oil
  • 1 lb Turkey or chicken, boneless
  • Cut into strips
  • Salt and pepper
  • 14 1/2 oz Pasta style chunky tomatoes
  • 1 cn Cream of celery soup
  • 1 Onion -- chopped
  • 2 Celery stalks -- sliced
  • 1 c Mushrooms -- sliced


Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large
skillet over med. high heat, heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or
until browned, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir
in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve
over cooked noodles. 309 cal., 8 g fat, 23% fat from calories
