Maple Apple Muffins

 Ingredients List

  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c Margarine - becel light, or
  • -butter
  • 1 c Maple syrup, 100% Pure
  • 1 1/2 c Apples, peeled, diced
  • 3 c Flour
  • 1 tb Baking powder
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1 ts Nutmeg


Preheat oven to 350. Cream eggs and margarine in a bowl until light and
fluffy. Add Maple Syrup and apples. Mix well. Sift in dry ingredients. Stir
until moistened. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
