Maple Cheesecake

Ingredients List
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
                    
                        Mix the graham cracker crumbs, maple syrup and butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of two 4 inch spring form pans.
Mix the cream cheese and maple syrup.
Beat in the egg and the vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into the spring form pans.
Bake in a preheated 325F/170C oven until it is set, about 45-60 minutes.
