Maple Glazed Pecans

Ingredients List
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (dark is best if you have it on hand)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cups pecan halves
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with parchment or a non-stick baking mat. (You can use foil as long as you spray with non-stick cooking spray).
2. Over medium-high heat, melt the butter in a medium saucepan or skillet.
3. Add the brown sugar and maple syrup. Stir until bubbling in the middle of the pot. Turn off the heat, but do not remove pot.
4. Add the pecans and stir until all pecans are coated well. Spread pecans on prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove and let cool for at least 10 minutes before eating.
6. Allow pecans to reach room temperature before storing or packaging.
