Maple Mousse
Ingredients List
- 2 Eggs, separated
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1 c Maple syrup
- 1 c Whipped cream
- 1 ts Vanilla
Directions
Beat egg yolks. Add salt and maple syrup. Cook in top of double boiler
until mixture thickens. Cool. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites, then
cream. Add vanilla. Freeze in serving dishes. Serves 6
