Marinated Bean Salad

 Ingredients List

  • 16 oz Can kidney beans, drained
  • 16 oz Can black beans, drained
  • 1/4 c Green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
  • 1 ts Hot pepper flakes
  • 1 ts White pepper
  • 1 ts Ground cumin
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Dried parsley


Combine kidney beans, black beans, onion, vinegar, pepper flakes, pepper,
cumin and salt in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Toss lightly to mix will.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Prep. time: 2 1/2 hours
