Marinated Cucumbers

 Ingredients List

  • 6 lg Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 lg Onion; chopped
  • 3/4 c Rice vinegar;
  • 1/2 ts Seasoned salt;
  • 2 tb Olive Oil;
  • 1/8 tb Pepper; coarsly ground


Combine all ingredients together in large bowl. Mix well.
Cover. Refrigerate four to six hours. Serve with salad, or
by itself.
