Marinated Green Olives

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Jar (8-oz) green olives;
  • -drained
  • 1/4 c Vinegar
  • 2 tb Dried chives
  • 1/4 c (good quality) olive oil
  • 1 Clove garlic; mashed
  • 1/4 ts Whole peppercorns

 Directions

Combine all ingredients in a heavy duty plastic bag. Put bag of olives in a
bowl in case of drips, and turn over from time to time. Let marinate at
room temperature for 1 to 3 days. Drain before serving.
