Marinated Lamb-ii

 Ingredients List

  • 1 Pound lamb stew cubes
  • 1/2 Cup merlot wine
  • 1 roughly chopped small onion(s)
  • 1/2 Teaspoons thyme
  • 1/2 Teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 Teaspoon sea salt

 Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl.

2. Add water to cover the lamb cubes completely.

3. Marinate at least 6 hours; overnight is better.

4. Stir-fry with veggies (onions, peppers, zucchini) and serve over rice.
