 Ingredients List

  • 1 CAROL MILTON
  • 4 c Vegetables ;assorted fresh
  • 1/4 c Lemon juice ;from concentrat
  • 1/4 c Oil
  • 1 tb Sugar
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1/2 ts Oregano ;or thyme leaves
  • 1/4 ts Pepper

 Directions

Place vegetables in shallow dish, in small bowl or jar, mix remaining
ingredients; pour over vegetables. Cover. Refrigerate 6 hours. Stirring
occasionaly. SUGGESTED VEGETABLES: Cauliflower, carrots, Mushroom, Cherry
Tomatoes, Brussel sprout, Broccoli flowerette, Zucchine, Onions,Cucumbers.
