Marjoram-Scented Red Bell Pepper Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 Lime; juiced
  • 1/3 c Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 ts Chopped shallots
  • 1/2 c Olive oil
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 3 tb Toasted pine nuts
  • 1 md Red bell pepper
  • -- roasted, peeled & diced
  • 1/2 tb Marjoram

 Directions

Strain the lime juice into a large mixing bowl with the vinegar. Add
shallots and slowly whisk in both oils. Add remaining ingredients and allow
the herb to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
