Mark's Quick and Dirty Peach Cobbler

Ingredients List
- 2 c Fresh sliced peaches,
- Covered with sugar (about
- 1/2 cup)
- Pillsbury yellow cake mix
- (without pudding)
- 1/2 c Chopped pecans
- 1/4 lb (1 stick) butter or
- Margarine.
- 1/2 c Granulated, or powdered
- Sugar.

In a mixing bowl, mix pecans, sugar, and cake mix until well mixed. In a
glass cake pan, or teflon pan, spread peaches evenly in bottom of pan,
spread cake mix evenly over the top of peaches, dot with pats of butter
evenly. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven until golden brown (about 1
hour).
Serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.
